Personal Training

J. Clark Fitness offers in-person personal training for clients in Washington, DC and Northern Virginia, as well as virtual personal training for clients across the U.S. We’ll work together to build a fitness program tailored to your level of experience, goals, interests, schedule, and access to equipment.

All are welcome at J. Clark Fitness. We’re most likely to be a good match if you are:

  • Seeking a body-neutral and weight-neutral fitness environment

1-on-1 Training Sessions

As a 1-on-1 training client of J. Clark Fitness, you will receive:

  • An initial consultation in which we’ll discuss your goals, current/past experiences with fitness, nutrition, and other aspects of your self-care routine; we will also perform some simple posture and movement assessments

  • Up to 3 in-person or virtual one-on-one training sessions each week

  • Workout programming customized to suit your goals, level of experience, and access to equipment

  • Full time access to me via True Coach. Through True Coach, you can access all of your previous and upcoming workouts, ask me questions, and upload videos from your solo workouts so I can provide feedback on your form.

Pricing

1 session/week

  • In-person: $400/month

  • Virtual: $360/month

2 sessions/week

  • In-person: $720/month

  • Virtual: $640/month

3 sessions/week

  • In-person: $1,020/month

  • Virtual: $900/month

Supplemental programming for workouts you complete solo can be added to your program for an additional $100/month. Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis.

Small Group Training Sessions

Want to work out with your friends? Gather a group of up to 4 people and get the same quality instruction at a fraction of the price!

As a small group training client of J. Clark Fitness, you will receive:

  • An initial consultation in which we’ll discuss your goals, current/past experiences with fitness, nutrition, and other aspects of your self-care routine; we will also perform some simple posture and movement assessments

  • Up to 3 in-person or virtual training sessions each week

  • Small class sizes (max 4 people per group)

  • Workout programming designed to build strength and endurance, and to help you more efficiently through your daily life

Pricing

1 session/week

  • In-person: $520/month

  • Virtual: $480/month

2 sessions/week

  • In-person: $1,000/month

  • Virtual: $920/month

3 sessions/week

  • In-person: $1,440/month

  • Virtual: $1,320/month

Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis. We will process one transaction per group each month, meaning that members of the group will split the cost amongst themselves and one person will make the total payment.
