Small Group Training

J. Clark Fitness now offers in-person group training sessions in DC and Maryland! As a small group training client of J. Clark Fitness, you will receive:

  • High-quality personal training that is a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 sessions

  • Workout programming designed to build strength and endurance, and to help you more efficiently through your daily life

  • Small class sizes (max 3 people per group)

  • Facilities that are stocked with squat racks, benches, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machines, resistance bands, and more

In-Person Pricing (per person)

  • 1 session/week: $275/month

  • 2 sessions/week: $500/month

Facilities

  • Flexpods (5020 Nicholson court suite 207-A, Kensington, MD 20895)

  • Dandelion Collective (3417 14th St NW, Washington DC 20010)

Virtual (Zoom) group training sessions are also available at the following rates:

  • 1 session/week: $250/month

  • 2 sessions/week: $460/month

Payments are processed automatically on a monthly basis.
