J. Clark Fitness now offers in-person group training sessions in DC and Maryland! As a small group training client of J. Clark Fitness, you will receive:
High-quality personal training that is a fraction of the cost of 1-on-1 sessions
Workout programming designed to build strength and endurance, and to help you more efficiently through your daily life
Small class sizes (max 3 people per group)
Facilities that are stocked with squat racks, benches, barbells, dumbbells, kettlebells, cable machines, resistance bands, and more
In-Person Pricing (per person)
1 session/week: $275/month
2 sessions/week: $500/month

Virtual (Zoom) group training sessions are also available at the following rates:
